Chemical Packaging Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Chemical Packaging Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude, along with a strong work ethic. Candidates should possess excellent hand-eye coordination, good vision, and above-average physical dexterity, with a keen attention to detail.

Location
  • Hapeville, Ga.
  • 1st shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately label and package chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Set up and operate compounding equipment for processing
  • Conduct verification and visual inspections of all raw materials
  • Ensure accuracy of quantities, lot numbers, and part numbers prior to batch initiation
  • Safely operate material handling equipment and adhere to best practices
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Above-average reading comprehension skills
  • OSHA 10 certification is advantageous
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Compensation
  • $16.00 per hour
  • Weekly pay schedule
  • Options for direct deposit or pay card
