About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent at Drury Hotels, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience. Your warm and friendly demeanor will make our guests feel welcome and valued, while your attention to detail will ensure that every aspect of their stay is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist with breakfast and evening Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, and cleanup
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
