Job Summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team for a 9-week travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate medication records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of New Mexico.
  • One to three years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
