Decker is seeking a skilled CDL-A Regional Driver to join our team. As a home weekly driver, you will operate regionally, pulling 48 ft. flatbed trailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 Peterbilt 579, Volvo, or Freightliner Cascadia
  • Pull 48 ft. flatbed trailers
  • Meet minimum pay criteria, including availability for dispatch 5 days a week, no load refusals, and on-time delivery
Benefits:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Life insurance and disability benefits
  • Tuition reimbursement up to $6,000
Pay and Bonus Opportunities:
  • Average miles: 2,000-2,200 per week
  • Pay increases: $.01 at 90 days, then $.01 increase annually on anniversary date until cap of $.70 cpm
  • Monthly bonus: up to $.05 cpm per month
  • Per diem: $.10 cpm for all drivers
Equipment and Amenities:
  • APU, 1,800-watt inverter, free Wi-Fi, smart TV with satellite programming, microwave, refrigerator, CB radio, satellite radio hook-ups
Orientation and Onboarding:
  • Orientation pay: $500 after completion of orientation
  • Location and length: Fort Dodge, IA; 3 days
