About the Role
We are looking for a talented researcher to collaborate with our team in developing cutting-edge AI/ML technologies for computer graphics and robotics. The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, computer graphics, and robotics, and will be able to apply their knowledge to develop innovative solutions for 3D animation.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms for AI/ML-based computer graphics and robotics.
- Apply software engineering skills to identify challenges and future directions for our research.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and evaluate new technologies for 3D animation.
Qualifications
- M.S., Ph.D. candidate, or Post-doc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent fundamental research background and demonstrated record of innovation in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Graphics, or Robotics related areas.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Physics-based motion generation for 3D character control.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Deep Learning fundamentals and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong professional software development experience.
- Strong familiarity with game development workflow.
- Strong familiarity with neural network training, finetuning workflow.
- Strong familiarity with modern Python and C++.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experiences in human object interaction.
- Knowledge and experience in limitation learning and skill learning.
- Knowledge and experience in machine learning-based robot control.
- Knowledge and experiences in generative models.
- Familiarity with Isaac-Gym, Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity, MuJoCo, or related software platforms.
