We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Delinquency Recovery Expert at First Commerce Bank. In this position, you will lead our collections team in identifying and resolving delinquent accounts, while promoting exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of collections professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Analyze market trends and industry best practices to inform collections strategies and improve results.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit risk management and marketing, to enhance overall collections performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all collections activities.
Expected Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
