Eliot's Juvenile Justice Program: A Comprehensive Intervention for Youth Offenders
At Eliot, we are committed to providing a supportive environment for youth involved in the juvenile justice system. Our residential network offers a comprehensive intervention for court-involved youth, aged 13 to 21, who require placement while awaiting return to court, assessment, or longer-term treatment.
**Program Overview**
Our program provides a structured, self-contained environment that focuses on behavioral change, self-empowerment, and personal achievement. We offer a range of services, including individual, group, and family therapy, as well as medication management and medical support.
**Responsibilities**
As Clinical Director, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating and providing individual, group, and family therapy as needed
* Coordinating treatment team meetings to discuss Individual Service Plans, progress reviews, re-entry plans, and discharge plans
* Overseeing the medication, medical needs, and mental health of residents
* Overseeing advocacy and phase components of the program
* Overseeing, monitoring, facilitating, and providing feedback on the effectiveness of daily groups
* Coordinating, monitoring, and facilitating special groups (substance abuse, violence prevention, DBT, victim awareness, etc.)
**Requirements**
* Clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD) is a contract requirement and a requisite for the position
* Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
* Salary: $85,000 annual, $5,000 sign-on bonus
* The sign-on bonus is prorated for positions under 40 hours per week
