Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate to join our Corporate Litigation team at Juno Search Partners - Open Positions. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse business practice and a nationally recognized team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review complex legal documents, including complaints, answers, discovery requests, and motions.
  • Handle summary proceedings, alternative entity litigation, commercial business disputes, and corporate counseling.
  • Participate in high-profile litigated matters, including disputes of corporate governance and fiduciary duties of directors, officers, and stockholders.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of litigation experience.
  • Court of Chancery experience preferred.
  • Strong writing and research skills, with the ability to draft complex legal documents.
  • Admission to the Delaware Bar or willingness to take the Delaware Bar.
