About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Tech Lead to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center. As a key member of our Imaging Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of personalized patient care and internal/external customer service
  • Perform all Ultrasound examinations with precision and accuracy
  • Transport patients to and from Imaging Services
  • Prepare departmental paperwork and answer the department's telephone
  • Schedule patients and enter/retrieve patient information from PACS and HIS
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasonography
  • Registered or registry eligible by the ARDMS or equivalent, with successful completion of certification within 6 months of hire
  • Previous employment as an Ultrasonographer (preferred)
