Job Summary

Medasource is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team as a Travel CT Technologist. This is a 13-week contract position with 36 hours of work per week, requiring a 12-hour shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general radiographic examinations as required, adhering to radiation safety guidelines.
  • Observe and maintain a clean and organized scanning area, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Transport or escort patients to and from the CT area, maintaining a high level of patient care.
  • Prepare equipment and scanning area for patient procedures, ensuring timely and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Required Minimum Education: Specialty/Major: Radiologic Sciences
  • Licensing and Certifications: ARRT(R) Registered, current BLS Certification, Ohio Department of Health License for Radiologic Technologist
  • Minimum Years and Type of Experience: 1 year of CT experience, 2 years of Radiology experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • ARRT(R)(CT) Registered, ACLS preferred, previous experience preferred
  • Broad Range of Technical Skills, including knowledge of Radiology/CT modality
