Job Overview

This part-time Speech-Language Pathologist role is ideal for individuals passionate about enhancing communication abilities and academic performance in students through dedicated speech therapy services.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student speech and language goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of IEPs with achievable, measurable goals.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or similar field.
  • Active Illinois SLP license, CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
