Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits
  • Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment
  • Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel sales as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
  • Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
  • Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers
  • Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
Requirements
