We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Graduate to join our team in Hematology and Medical Oncology at Mercy Hospital Stoddard. As a key member of our Telemetry/RN team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to our mission of delivering compassionate care and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
- Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments.
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and perform duties that require prolonged standing and walking each shift.
