About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Member to join our team at Papa John's - Wisconsin Ave NW.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to our goal of providing a top-notch pizza experience.

Salary: $18-$19 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring quality customer service in person or by phone.
  • Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation and learn delivery areas to optimize your route.
  • Ensure orders meet quality and accuracy standards and follow proper delivery procedures.
  • Assist with other workstation duties such as preparing ingredients and taking orders.
  • Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions.
  • Suggestively sell and distribute promotional materials to support sales efforts.
  • Maintain safe, clean work areas and comply with safety and security standards.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with current automobile insurance and a clean driving record.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Flexible for nights and weekends.
