**Speech Therapist Job Description**

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and guaranteed work hours. The Speech Therapist will work onsite during the 2024-2025 school year.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions

**Requirements:**

  • A valid Pennsylvania state SLP License
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
