Senior Repair Station Assembler

Ready for a challenging role where you can make a real impact? We're seeking a skilled Senior Repair Station Assembler to join our first shift team in Kirkland, Washington.


As a Senior Repair Station Assembler, you'll be the go-to expert for advanced soldering and rework projects, rotating between various project cells. One day, you could be working on high-power assemblies; the next, handling flight-critical products. This flexible role offers a chance to work on multiple exciting projects while mentoring and training others.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced assembly and rework tasks like wire splicing, crimping, lead/lead-free soldering, and component removal
  • Work with complex assemblies, including high-power, flight-critical, and APC products
  • Mentor and train other assemblers in rework and soldering applications
  • Set up and adjust equipment while maintaining tight tolerances to technical specifications
  • Collaborate with development and manufacturing engineering teams as needed
  • Work from schematics, blueprints, and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components
  • Support pre-production projects by performing various electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks
  • Assist with NPI (New Product Introduction) and engineering projects when required

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in advanced assembly and soldering
  • Certifications: ESD, FOD, Uniform Torquing, IPC-A-610, and more
  • Problem-solving skills: You can spot and fix issues quickly and efficiently
  • Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR: This is required for eligibility

Before joining our team, you'll need to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (including cannabis). Once you've cleared that, you'll be ready to dive into this fast-paced, exciting role.


Pay Details: $27.00 to $31.00 per hour
