About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans through assessment and planning.
• Collaborate with patients and families to provide care that takes into account developmental, cultural, and age-specific differences.
• Participate in process improvement efforts and activities for the department.
• Perform nursing duties as needed in the continuum of care for all patients.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• At least one year of med/surg or critical care experience required.
• Able to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice.
