Position Overview & Requirements- Specialty: Emergency Department

- Weekly Hours: 36 hours
- Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts

Key Responsibilities :
- Must possess an active AZ or Compact License.
- Minimum of 2 years of ER experience, including trauma Level I and II within the last 3 years.
- Experience in Trauma Level 1-3 is required within the past 2 years.
- Proficiency in EPIC software is mandatory.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS are essential; TNCC is preferred.
Additional Information :
- RNs are expected to read their own telemetry.
- Ability to perform IV starts is required.
- Floating may occur based on a shared schedule, typically arranged in advance.
- A radius rule of 100 miles applies.
- Patient ratios: 1:5 for medical cases, 1:6 for fast track.
- The facility has 52 beds, including 4 trauma bays.
