We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Indiana University Health. Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Indiana
- Board certification in Hospital Medicine or related specialty
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner
