Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator - Medical Services

We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at MedNOW Clinics in Colorado. As a key member of our primary care organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our providers and delivering exceptional patient care.

We have 12 locations and approximately 50 medical providers, 160 employees, and 40,000 patients under our care.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Patient Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing excellent customer service and thoughtful patient care
  • Team-centered approach to working with providers and other clinic staff
  • Collection of clinical data such as proper paperwork, patient medical history, patient medication lists
  • Obtaining patient vitals, performing urine screenings, rapid testing, visual and hearing screenings, EKG, and other point-of-care testing
  • Preparing and administering medications and immunizations, performing phlebotomy, and recognizing adverse reactions
  • Accurately processing lab work
  • Processing medication refills, completing patient call backs, and referrals, and intermittent front office coverage
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 - $64,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes paid time off, 401(k) with company matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, ancillary insurance options, and family discounts for MedNOW services.
