Foreclosure Paralegal Specialist

Marinosci Law Group, P.C. is seeking a highly skilled Foreclosure Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a workload in the judgment stage of the foreclosure process for our WI/IL portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare miscellaneous documents for attorney review and approval
• Maintain an organized workload in a case management system
• Focus on details and accuracy while achieving high productivity
• Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
• Request and follow up on needed documents
• Handle confidential client information with professionalism and trustworthiness

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a law office; Foreclosure experience preferred
• Experience in various client systems, such as CaseAware, BKFS, Tempo, and VendorScape
• Experience in Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
