PRIMARY ROLE
Deliver exceptional service to patrons seated at the bar while also preparing drink orders for the service team. The mixologist must possess creativity and expertise in cocktail preparation, along with the ability to educate guests about our offerings and restaurant philosophy. This role requires a strong aptitude for hospitality, with a focus on continuously enhancing the guest experience.
Required Qualities:
- 2-5 years of bartending experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Charismatic and articulate.
- Customer-oriented with outstanding tableside service.
- Understanding of luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional time management abilities.
- Leadership with a strong business philosophy emphasizing a positive culture, proven systems, and the implementation of standard operating procedures.

The Mixologist collaborates with the Bar Director in various capacities, including but not limited to:
- Assisting the Bar Director in selecting the spirits used in the establishment.
- Providing beverage service during evening hours, guiding guests in their selections and executing their choices with precision.
- Supporting the Bar Director in offering educational resources and materials for the front-of-house staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Staying informed on emerging trends in the restaurant industry by attending workshops and reviewing professional literature.
- Delivering world-class service in accordance with company standards on a nightly basis.
- Conducting pre-service inventory, including procurement and organization of spirits and supplies.
- Managing monthly inventory, including processing invoices and maintaining bar organization.
- Ensure guest satisfaction is consistently at the highest level.
- Remember names and faces of regular patrons and greet them accordingly.
- Adhere to service protocols and effectively communicate the restaurant's concept and philosophy to all guests.
- Assist management with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Guide guests in their beverage choices and provide personalized recommendations.
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs promptly and respectfully.
- Support all front-of-house staff in various service aspects.
- Maintain positive relationships with all suppliers.
- Possess extensive knowledge of cocktails and their appropriate pairings.
- Understand the menu and its nuances to assist guests with dietary restrictions.
- Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
