Position Overview: Ambulatory Trainer

The Ambulatory Trainer is responsible for delivering initial and ongoing training and support for various applications, including MyChart, MyChart Bedside, and Hello World, to enhance the digital strategy of the Information Services department. This role includes providing on-site assistance, go-live support, and acting as a resource for end users.

We are looking to fill two positions for this role.

Position Requirements

Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
  • Epic Credentialed Trainer certification is required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with electronic medical records is required; experience with Epic is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.
  • Prior experience in training, instruction, or adult education is advantageous.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
  • This position is hybrid, with approximately 40% on-site and 60% remote work.
Benefits:
  • Team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non-12-hour shift schedules, as well as part-time team members working at least 30 hours on weekends, are eligible for benefits.
