About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Management Intern in Housing and Residence Life. This is an excellent opportunity for a currently enrolled Clayton State University student to gain valuable experience in management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-supervise student assistants in the housing office, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage mail and package operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to residents.
  • Audit and report on area vacancies, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Conduct safety inspections of residential units, maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Recruit summer and fall student staff, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in the recruitment of Resident Assistants and graduate housing program interns, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with the Director on special research projects related to operations and business development, contributing to the growth and improvement of the department.
