Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck on various routes, ensuring timely delivery and unloading of products.
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members, addressing inquiries accurately and promptly.
  • Perform safety checks and report any issues or repairs needed, adhering to all safety guidelines and driving policies.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork associated with deliveries, ensuring accuracy and legibility.
  • Unload products and transport them to designated storage areas, ensuring proper handling and security of freight.
  • Verify deliveries with customers and collect payments as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and loading areas.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid CDL-A License.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience driving tractor trailers.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years.
  • Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
  • Must be able to lift and move products weighing between 10-90 pounds.
