Pharmacist (Per Diem) - Be. Dispensary (Brooklyn, NY) - **Medical Professional**

iAnthus Capital Management is a leading cannabis enterprise, operating across the full spectrum of cannabis businesses, from cultivation to retailing. As a **Pharmacist (Per Diem)**, you will play a critical role in leading our dispensary team and ensuring compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a patient-centric team and provide clear direction to achieve iAnthus company initiatives.
- Compliance and Operations: Implement and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Daily balancing of cash and product inventory, and training management team on cash and product inventory reconciliation.
- Patient Services: Observing and participating in patient services on sales floor, including Dispensary employee's productivity and patient engagement.
- Communication and Record-Keeping: Auditing Communication Binder for current information and updates, and auditing of patient intake forms for accuracy and completion.
- Financial Management: Managing Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program and preparing weekly Dispensary employee's schedules to ensure proper floor coverage.
- General Office Work: Performing general office work, such as filing records, operating copy machines, and using email as correspondence.
- Company Culture: Upholding all iAnthus policies and procedures, and representing the company brand appropriately.
- Licensure: Must be a licensed Pharmacist.
- Experience: 2-5 years in a retail environment managing a team, with experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to medical marijuana, and experience working with Excel, POS, and inventory management control systems.
- Ability to Work: Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day and rotating shifts, with flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds, sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday, and stand for extended periods of time.
