Urban Recovery is hiring a VP of Nursing Operations to lead our nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care services. As a member of our management team, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and implementing nursing services in accordance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, JCAHO, and CARF Accreditation Standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the 24-hour operations of the nursing department, ensuring that daily tasks are carried out in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
  • Arrange adequate staffing on all shifts and define and maintain nursing practice standards.
  • Orient new nursing personnel and monitor and evaluate nursing activities, including staff development, risk and safety management, compliance with regulatory standards, policy and procedure development/implementation, and performance improvement activities.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from a qualified nursing school and current state licensure. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and time management abilities are essential for success in this role. A budget process will be developed and implemented for staffing, and the successful candidate must comply with all confidentiality and client rights standards and policies.
