We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RV Repair Technician to join our team at Blue Compass RV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance work on our RV units to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled technician who is proficient in all aspects of RV maintenance and repair, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance issues on RV units
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Document all work performed and communicate with customers and service advisors as needed
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in RV maintenance and repair
  • Knowledge of trade field (Automotive, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.)
  • Certification from college or technical school in trade field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong work-ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
