Job Summary

Woodward HRT/MPC is seeking a skilled Coil Winder to join our team. As a Coil Winder, you will be responsible for operating basic machines and performing deburring or light assembly tasks in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate basic machines and perform deburring or light assembly tasks
  • Communicate project status and updates to team members
  • Document non-conformance and dispositions using non-conformance forms
  • Clean and maintain measuring instruments and test equipment
  • Follow departmental safety rules and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to department safety rules
  • Manual dexterity and ability to work quickly with hands
  • General knowledge of machines and equipment functionality
