About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Nurse Specialist to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a key member of our neonatal intensive care unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering world-class health with human connection.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in neonatal care
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement within the unit
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • Current National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in NICU nursing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current National Certification in neonatal nursing
