Responsibilities:- Provide basic resident care needs, including hygiene, nutrition, elimination, and physical comfort measures.
- Assist with vital signs, documentation, and reporting of unusual findings.
- Participate in resident rounding, answering phone calls, and resolving resident concerns.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Stock medical supplies, linens, and incontinent supplies as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Less than 1 year of related experience preferred.
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
