About the Position
  • Perform donor record file reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual equipment quality control reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Review medical reports and communication to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Investigate equipment incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Inspect and release incoming supplies to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Conduct weekly employee observations to monitor performance and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as FDA-approved standards.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
