The Role

Beverage Servers are tasked with ensuring positive guest experiences by skillfully mixing and serving drinks in a welcoming and efficient manner. This role is designed for part-time availability, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests and accurately take beverage orders

• Craft a variety of drinks, cocktails, and other beverages in accordance with company standards

• Maintain an organized and visually appealing bar area to facilitate efficient service

• Provide detailed information about drink options and assist guests in making selections

• Collaborate with the culinary team to prepare mixers and garnishes

• Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service

• Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accountability for transactions

• Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary supplies and tools for optimal service

• Serve food items to guests seated at the bar

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings

• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work area

• Attend required meetings and training sessions

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Minimum of two years of bartending experience

• Strong understanding of drink recipes and preparation techniques

• Ability to create unique and timely drink offerings

• Extensive knowledge of wines and spirits

• Commitment to personal hygiene and professional appearance

• Capability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor

• Proficiency in English for effective communication with guests

• Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs

• Must have a reliable means of communication with management
