**Key Highlights:**

* RVU-based compensation with potential for $300,000+ annual income
* Possibility of additional Medical Director stipend of $15,000+ per year
* Autonomy with a Monday-Friday schedule and ability to leave once patients are seen
* No call or on-call responsibilities
* Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401(k)
* 13 paid holidays

**Responsibilities:**

* Practice in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) in the Lynchburg market
* Cover one facility per day with the ability to leave once patients are seen
* Utilize AI for instant, intuitive charting
* Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with autonomy to manage your time
