We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Tucson Orthopaedic Institute, where we have established ourselves as a preferred outpatient orthopedic therapy service provider in the Oro Valley, AZ community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care through evidence-based treatment and comprehensive therapy services
- Collaborate with physician partners to advance our vision of coordinated patient-centered care
- Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
- Competitive salary range: $77,000 - $97,000 USD
- Annual continuing education benefit, loan repayment program, and flexible work schedules
- Comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, holiday pay, health/pharmacy/dental/vision, and 401k match
- Opportunities for physician interaction, including clinic shadowing and surgery observation
- Therapy license renewal reimbursement and voluntary Short –Term and Long-Term Disability insurance
- Current or pending PT license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
