We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Home Health Aide to join our team at AccentCare. As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. You will be responsible for providing personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.

Requirements
  • At least one year of experience as a Home Health Aide
  • Successful completion of competency evaluation
  • Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting, extensive bending, and standing
  • Can document observations and provision of care according to policies and procedures
  • Required Certifications and Licensures: Current Home Health Aide/Nurse Aide Certificate meeting HCFA requirements, if required by the state where employed
