**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at U.S. Marine Corps. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead a team of maintenance workers in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and supervision, with experience in managing a team of employees. They will be responsible for scheduling work, selecting materials, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

In this role, you will also be responsible for providing on-the-job training to new employees, performing site inspections, and maintaining records of employee time worked and job orders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Schedule work assignments and manage workflow
  • Select materials and equipment for maintenance projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes
  • Provide on-the-job training to new employees
  • Maintain accurate records of employee time worked and job orders

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds independently and assist with heavier items

**Compensation:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
