About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Taxation Specialist to join our team at 77 Consultants.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the 12-month cycle of corporate clients, including review of income tax returns, extension, and estimated tax calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the annual tax cycle for corporate clients.
  • Provide consulting and tax-saving strategies to clients.
  • Prepare and review book entries for quarterly and annual financial reporting.
  • Assist in process improvement and identify opportunities for increased automation.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships by providing high-quality service that exceeds client expectations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • CPA License required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the accounting industry, with a focus on ASC 740 and privately held clients.
  • Experience working in a public accounting firm is preferred.
