Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cheese and Coffee Associate to join our team at Adams Fairacre Farms. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cheese and coffee department, by restocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare cheese and coffee products for sale, including cutting, wrapping, and labeling.
  • Stock and rotate products to ensure that older items are sold before they expire.
  • Develop knowledge of cheese and coffee products to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
