Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team at Independence Corrugated. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve planned sales objectives and satisfy customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including large national retailers and consumer packaged goods companies.
  • Stay up-to-date on retail packaging trends, consumer trends, and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customer proposals and ensure successful execution of existing orders.
  • Deliver solutions on a quick-time basis and provide a speed to market advantage relative to competitors.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of selling experience in the point-of-purchase/retail packaging industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales growth and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of general business principles, internal financial management, and industry business practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
