As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
- Carry out proper charting practices and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of resident health status.
- Assist the RN in adherence to medication administration procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient medication management system.
- Monitor the work and performance of unlicensed staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain current observation and documentation of resident health status, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns to the RN or Director of Health Services.
- Current MN LPN licensure
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Able to work independently, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred: experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems
