  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, negotiating rates and managing logistics operations
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments, applying knowledge to optimize logistics operations
