Job Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Support healthcare and dental professionals, pharmacies, and customers with new orders and repeating/tracking orders.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines and company policies.
- Use knowledge of product lines and company policies to assist customers with questions or complaints.
- Escalate customer complaints according to company protocol.
- Staff trade shows and process leads generated at these events.
- Assist with post-trade show marketing efforts.
- Provide backup support for the front desk and cover breaks and lunch.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year's experience in a call center setting preferred, database entry experience a plus.
- Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of MS Business Central a plus.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize work.
- Excellent people skills and a great deal of patience.
- Disciplined, energetic, and results-oriented.
- Cooperative team member.
- Starting salary of $18.00 per hour.
- Benefits package available upon completion of 90-day probationary period.
