Psychotherapist for Youth

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychotherapist for Youth to join our team at La Frontera Center Inc. in Tempe or Glendale, Arizona. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized treatment plans, facilitating group therapy sessions, and utilizing community resources to support our clients' recovery. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for teenagers struggling with substance abuse
• Facilitate group therapy sessions using evidence-based curricula
• Utilize community resources to enhance client outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
• Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or social work
• Experience working with adolescents and substance abuse issues
• Ability to remain calm in crisis situations and work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and liability insurance
