Job Summary

The Surgical Technologist at Cullman Regional Medical Center works as a vital member of the surgical team, requiring knowledge and skills in sterile and surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate and prepare for surgical procedures, utilizing knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment.

• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient operating environment.

• Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to sterile processing protocols.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited surgical technician program.

• Current ORT certification and OR experience preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

• Basic computer skills required.
