An esteemed global producer of automotive and machinery components is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to enhance their engineering team.

The successful candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and project management, along with proficiency in various CAD software and the capability to effectively communicate with clients and suppliers.

This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. Recent graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to submit their applications.



Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Engineer:
  • Design and develop metal components for automotive and machinery motion systems.
  • Create prototypes and conduct product testing, while also formulating manufacturing plans.
  • Engage with clients regarding design evaluations, potential modifications, approvals, and manufacturing viability.
  • Ensure product designs comply with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain records of project modifications and updates for both internal and client reference.
  • Participate in project status meetings with internal teams and external clients.
  • Assist management in enhancing design and manufacturing processes and performance assessments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications for the Mechanical Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred, or an Associate's degree with relevant work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience (including internships and co-ops) in Design, Product, or Mechanical Engineering or Project Engineering is preferred.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and enhance engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a diverse environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities.

While performing the responsibilities of this role, candidates may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and lift over 25 pounds with assistance. The role may also involve climbing stairs, using hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and bending at the waist, as well as talking and hearing.

Vision requirements may include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
