Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to investigate and resolve structural and building envelope failures, crafting necessary repair designs.
  • Conduct forensic assessments of various incidents, including fire, flood, and impact damage.
  • Generate detailed reports on findings and provide expert testimony as needed.
  • Engage closely with clients to formulate effective remediation plans.
  • Perform site visits and inspections to identify potential risks and issues.
  • Manage projects effectively from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of professional growth
  • Registered Architect or Professional Engineer in North Carolina
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
  • Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on client relations and service.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset

Compensation and Benefits
