Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to investigate and resolve structural and building envelope failures, crafting necessary repair designs.
- Conduct forensic assessments of various incidents, including fire, flood, and impact damage.
- Generate detailed reports on findings and provide expert testimony as needed.
- Engage closely with clients to formulate effective remediation plans.
- Perform site visits and inspections to identify potential risks and issues.
- Manage projects effectively from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgetary constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or Architecture
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of professional growth
- Registered Architect or Professional Engineer in North Carolina
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
- Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on client relations and service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
