About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plant Services Associate to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing manual tasks, and operating powered equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to standard work procedures and job safety standards.
  • Perform a variety of manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, standing, squatting, bending, and working at heights when applicable.
  • Effectively operate powered equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with team members and management.
  • Understand and follow all instructions, including safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
  • Ability to work any and/or rotating shifts, Sunday-Saturday.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing plant.
  • Previous experience operating powered industrial vehicles.
  • Experience adhering to industry-specific safety standards.
