Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Graphic Designer to manage our creative team and develop visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio showcasing experience in branding, digital marketing, and multimedia design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media content, email marketing assets, and display ads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on design needs that enhance the user experience.
  • Maintain and evolve the Gesture brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new digital product features or updates.
  • Support video and motion graphic projects as needed for content across multiple platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in-house or at an agency.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.
  • Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web design is a plus.

Compensation

Gestures is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $55,500 to $66,500, and the total compensation package may include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
