Main Duties
  1. Provide exceptional customer experiences by interacting with guests, using acquired skills, and staying up-to-date on product knowledge.
  2. Help guests find suitable merchandise and services based on their needs.
  3. Show enthusiasm for animal welfare, health, and proper handling practices.
  4. Efficiently process transactions while ensuring a positive experience for each guest.
  5. Identify opportunities to grow business by understanding guests' needs and preferences.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of sales experience.
  • Pet nutrition expertise and sales technique aptitude.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Genuine interest in animal care and welfare.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Salary Information

$17.50 - $26.00 per hour. Starting rate: $17.00.
